Triveni is a technology company located in the New York City area. Triveni utilizes agile technologies to develop solutions for our clients. We are seeking highly-motivated engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on the engineering and development of complex business requirements. We provide a casual work environment where hard work is rewarded.

The position will basically work 100% REMOTE till COVID settles down. Once COVID settles, the consultant will be expected to be 50% onsite at the client location in Charlotte, NC.

Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Development & Delivery Manager to drive the continued global development of Salesforce assets including Communities & Service Cloud platforms. These platforms drive the online experience for our global network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs). You will direct technical operations, production support, and the portfolio of discretionary & non-discretionary demand as we leverage these platforms to put success in the hands of our global sales teams.

The Manager of Salesforce Development & Delivery will work closely with business & IT stakeholders to define & deliver strategies that fuel ongoing digital evolution. We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience defining & delivering effective, agile, usable & intuitive solutions on the Salesforce Community & ServiceCloud platforms. The successful candidate will be able to effectively leverage core capabilities of the Salesforce platform avoiding customization & complexity while delivering effective & intuitive solutions.

You will cover all aspects of the delivery lifecycle including needs analysis, solution design & documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement. You'll work with internal business partners and 3rd party development partners to put quality solutions on the market for consumption on a global scale.

To be successful you'll be a driven, self-directed, team player with a passion for delivering intuitive solutions that enable success. This role will partner closely with our internal corporate, global and external partners, to continually deliver value on the Salesforce platform.

Essential Functions

Oversee the operation, maintenance, technical support & development of Salesforce platforms.

Participate in the development of the IBO experience strategy & roadmap.

Lead internal team and 3rd party development/support partners.

Manage agreements & licensing with Salesforce and other suppliers; develop strategies, tactics & policies to optimize ongoing subscription & support costs.

Collaborate with internal global business partners to ensure a full understanding of business requirements.

Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into user stories sufficient for technical development

Present proposals for solution options using all available means to provide efficient solutions that meet business needs.

Present design options effectively communicating justification for the recommended approach.

Establish effective processes for production support of Salesforce platforms supporting global operations.

Work with multiple technical delivery teams to effectively deliver solutions to production QA, UAT, Release Management & production support while managing scope, schedule & cost considerations.

Willingness to dive into any area and help when needed.

Prepare & maintain technical design specifications, system flow diagrams, performance reporting & other system documentation.

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Technology or Business Management.

5 years Salesforce experience; prior hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer a plus.

Community Cloud experience is required

5 years of technical delivery experience in a complex systems environment.

Experience & familiarity managing & optimizing salesforce contracts & licensing models.

Experience managing effective software development methodologies & tools.

Experience managing both internal & 3rd party development & delivery teams; on & offshore.

Experience delivering multi-channel customer experience initiatives on the Salesforce platform.

Experience delivering data management solutions in Salesforce with integrations to AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Ability & willingness to engage in all phases and levels of the delivery process.

Demonstrable ability to formulate creative, effective solutions utilizing core Salesforce components with minimal customization.

Demonstrable ability to collaborate and communicate with internal technical & business stakeholders and 3rd party development partners at all management levels.
