These offshore teams work remotely but collaborate closely with the client to deliver solutions tailored to their business needs. Effective communication and clear project management are essential to ensure success in offshore Salesforce development arrangements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an offshore Salesforce developer?

To thrive as an Offshore Salesforce Developer, you need strong proficiency in Salesforce platform development, Apex programming, and declarative customization, usually backed by a relevant degree and Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I/II). Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, and integration with third-party systems is commonly required.
