Job description

An award-winning offshore legal firm based in the Channel Islands is seeking to hire a senior associate to join its Tier 1 Corporate team in Jersey. This position will concentrate on managing multi-jurisdictional transactions with multiple other advisors. Transactions may include M&A, restructuring, formation of vehicles of various kinds (including investment funds and incentive arrangements) and debt and/or equity financing. The incumbent will work as part of a team and lead on complex transactions.

The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with broad experience in general commercial, M&A and/or Funds. Cross jurisdictional experience would be beneficial. The candidate must have excellent verbal reasoning and good numerical skills.
