Act as a bridge between customer engineering teams and offshore DevOps teams, ensuring environment readiness, smooth release execution, and real-time issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute releases across UAT and Production environments.
Validate change request (CR)-wise deployment plans prior to release.
Support production releases and hotfix deployments.
Interface with Customer's DevOps and Network teams to ensure seamless execution.
