Summary: The Office Manager serves as the operational hub of the regional office, ensuring the day-to-day workplace runs smoothly while supporting leadership, employees, and key business functions. This role oversees office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, technology support, reporting, and internal communications. In addition to managing office operations, the position partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and leadership to coordinate meetings, maintain business reporting, oversee licensing and compliance tracking, and drive a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while serving as a trusted resource for the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional office, overseeing daily office operations, facilities management, vendor relationships, file retention, and ensuring a well-functioning workplace environment.
  • Coordinate regional, Finance, and Operations meetings, prepare the monthly office newsletter, and support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee front office administration, including receptionist functions, office supplies, technology requests, promotional inventory, employee directories, and other administrative support activities.
  • Partner with IT vendors to coordinate technology support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and copier issues, and manage office equipment and service contracts.
  • Monitor continuing education (CE) and licensing compliance, maintain Salesforce data, and support operational reporting and administrative processes across the office.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power point
  • Excellent calendar management skills with meeting planning experience
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3 Years office management experience for 100+ employees.

The base salary range for this position is $61,500 - $98,400. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
