Job description

Office Assistant at Venettini Footwear. you will be assisting other employees with general office tasks.

Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office / Excel with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks to support financial record-keeping and invoicing processes
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
  • Pick and pack orders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus English/Spanish
