Job Summary
Busy Long Island law firm seeks part-time employee to join its clerical staff. The position requires performing a variety of basic office tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and general administrative support. Candidates must be able to organize daily work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
  • File documents upon receipt.
  • Scan and fax documents
  • Retrieve documents from the fax drive
  • Aid in preparing materials for meetings
  • Maintain stock levels of office materials and supplies
  • Maintain and organize office files and records
  • Process daily mail
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
  • Occasionally perform local errands.
