Job description

IceLand Ice Arena Office Staff Position

IceLand Ice Arena is seeking individuals to join our team of office staff. This is a part-time/year-round position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to patrons
  • Handle basic cash transactions

Training will be provided. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work evening shifts and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years old, able to read and write English and have good math skills for handling cash transactions. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher is a must. Qualified candidates with customer service experience preferred but training is provided. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work evening shifts and weekend shifts.
