Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting with demonstrated team management skills.
- Experience with event planning, vendor management, and calendar management tools.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in office experience, clerical work, or administrative roles demonstrating versatility in office management tasks.
