Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office/HR Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and human resources functions within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office activities, fostering a productive work environment, and managing personnel-related processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and administrative procedures. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
  • Oversee scheduling management for staff and executive calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
  • Handle human resources responsibilities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee relations.
  • Coordinate event planning activities for company functions, meetings, or community outreach initiatives.

Requirements
