We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing essential administrative support to our staff. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, and team events, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.

- Support team members in various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
