Job description

Purpose:
Responsible for managing the "guest experience" and upkeep of the work environment, which creates the all-important "first impression" of Ravago.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.
1. Essential Functions
a) Assist in ordering office supplies, equipment, and submit recommendations for furniture replacement and/or repair.
b) Create maintenance work orders for facilities.
c) Assist with local employee engagement events.
d) Review events calendar daily for Stratosphere, Titan and Atlas on 15th floor and other large conference spaces. Ensure conference rooms are prepped and ready each day (restocking coffee, water, refreshments, etc.).
e) Responsible for duties such as replacing toner cartridges in company printers and distribute office supplies to key distribution points per floor.
f) Act as a backup for all mail-related duties.
g) Responsible for taking monthly inventory of office supplies, receiving and stocking products as needed (work with Executive Assistants and Office Services to ensure required amount is ordered).
h) Assist with sourcing boxes for package shipping preparation.
i) Assist with all office moves.
j) Assist with duties such as coordination of carpet cleaning and removal of upholstery stains on workstation panels.
k) Be part of, set up for, and support all major events on-site throughout the company, specifically those happening on the 15th floor (at times may require an earlier start to receive breakfast and/or stay later to assist with clean up and resetting efforts).
l) Support the Office Services Team with other duties as assigned.

To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. 2. The ability to operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, UPS, and Federal Express.
5. Multi-tasking, organization and time-management skills is important, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Professional appearance, demeanor and presence.
7. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to maneuver various online platforms and/or software.
8. Attention to details.
9. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
10. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Certifications:
1. Education:
a. High school diploma. Associates degree preferred.
2. Experience:
a. Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role preferred
b. 3 or more years' office services/facilities experience preferred. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, copy machines and printers)
3. Licenses / Certifications:
a. Valid driver's license - required
4. Language:
a. Proficiency in English required
b. Bi-Lingual - Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Work Environment / Conditions:

1. Must be adaptable to work in a shared space, with constant noise, with/or without the use of a private office.

4. Ability to setup desk equipment including setting up equipment on top of desks and connecting cables and power cords under desk (requiring lifting, bending, pushing, pulling).
5. This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
6. Ability to sit, walk, climb, and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day.
7. Use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
8. Ability to endure hot and cold temperatures.
9. Must have color vision.
