The Receptionist Assistant I provides essential administrative and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at Primoris Energy Services in Baton Rouge, LA. Job Responsibilities**
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Provide support to various departments as requested.
* Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
