Responsibilities
  • Comunicarse con los consumidores por teléfono, aprobar correspondencia escrita e intentar resolver cuentas impagas
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones de cuenta exhaustivas, eficientes y precisas en los archivos de la computadora para cada llamada realizada o recibida
  • Omitir el rastreo para localizar la información de contacto del consumidor
  • Asesorar a los consumidores morosos para ayudar a encontrar fondos para cumplir con sus obligaciones de pago
  • Cumplir y mantenerse actualizado sobre todas las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales aplicables relacionadas con los deberes laborales
  • Cumplir y mantenerse al día sobre todas las políticas y procedimientos de la TSI
  • Mantener el conocimiento de las áreas funcionales, las políticas y los procedimientos de la empresa 
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación a la gerencia sobre posibles problemas o áreas de mejora
  • Hacer recomendaciones para implementar procesos mejorados
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia
  • Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
  • Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
  • Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
  • Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
  • Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
  • Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
  • Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures 
  • Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
  • Making recommendations to implement improved processes
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
