The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting staff, handling communications, scheduling, and supporting daily office activities while following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or 1-2 years of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
