KFS Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team in Portland, OR. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping both the numbers and the office running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a productive work environment
  • Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support for leadership
  • Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and office records
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
