Job description

We are currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities

Supervise the front office team, which is the first point of contact for guests. Ensure guests are greeted, attend to their every request, and introduce them to the brand. Develop and maintain a high level of service and performance across the front office operations. Manage financial performance, including monitoring revenue and costs for the front office. Maintain strong communication with guests, team members, and other hotel departments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office supervisory role in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment. Post‐secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of front office operations and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication (verbal and written). Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
