Role Summary
Join Associated Bank as an Operations Technician, where you will manage the full lifecycle of operational work-from intake to resolution. You'll solve complex issues, collaborate across teams, and help improve processes that impact both customers and internal operations. This role offers opportunities to grow your expertise while mentoring others.
Please note: This position needs to be on-site in Green Bay WI.Key Accountabilities
  • Manage incoming work, review requests, and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution

  • Enter and verify transactions with accuracy while balancing general ledger accounts

  • Resolve complex customer issues using multiple systems, records, and resources

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banking partners

  • Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized or complex operational documents

  • Analyze customer feedback and report trends to identify recurring issues

  • Review and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy; recommend enhancements to leadership

  • Support and mentor junior team members, serving as an escalation point for complex matters

Education & Experience

Required:
