Job description

Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. The role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipments, and enforcing safety and quality standards. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is required. The warehouse supervisor role reports directly to the General Manager/Logistics Manager.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, and material handling.
  • Ensure accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods to support production and customer orders.
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistic teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics with internal teams and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare inventory and performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Experiience operating forklifts (counterbalance, reach or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
