As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion, with full accountability for client experience, financial performance, and overall project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through completion with overall accountability for outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and contracts.
  • Act as the primary client contact and lead all communication.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project performance including financials, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead client and internal project meetings.
  • Manage change orders, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide direction to Site Managers on priorities and sequencing.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and company standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
