Job description

LUK seeks an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to serve as the operational hub of the agency. The Office Manager works in LUK’s Operations Department, reporting to the Director of Administration. The role combines administrative office management for LUK’s Main Office and satellite offices, agency purchasing, supervision of front desk and administrative assistants. The Office Manager serves as an integral member of many of LUK’s engagement initiatives, including planning and assisting with coordination of staff engagement activities and many community engagement activities, such as LUK’s annual Holiday Giving and annual Gala. The Office Manager assists LUK’s Management Team, including the President & CEO, and serves as Board Liaison.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who can manage LUK’s office. Discretion, sound judgement, and attention to detail are critical attributes for the role. While this position will have a standard schedule, there some flexibility is required to attend Board meetings, community events, and assist with front desk coverage when needed. 


Knowledge and Experience Required

·         3-5 years of office management, administrative, or operations experience

·         1-2 years of supervisory experience

·         Demonstrated experience managing budgets, purchasing, and working with vendors

·         Software experience:

o   Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)

o   Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, etc.)

o   Zoom

o   Electronic Health Records (CareLogic/Qualifacts)

o   Knowledge of purchase management software

·         Experience working in nonprofits a plus

·         Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy protocols a must
