Schedule: Initially Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-2:00PM | Transitioning to Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM within 4-6 Weeks

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing construction and property services company in Tumwater, WA to fill a Construction Office Administrator position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and supporting a fast-paced business with multiple divisions and priorities.

This company operates across several business lines, creating a dynamic work environment where no two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable following established processes, and looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow.

The position will begin on a part-time schedule while training and onboarding take place, then transition to a full-time schedule within approximately 4-6 weeks.
