This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, and contributing to improved office efficiency. Key Duties Scan paper employer records using office scanning equipment Digitize and upload files into the medical officeโ€™ s electronic record system Organize digital files according to established naming and storage protocols Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times Review scanned documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness Assist with basic administrative tasks related to record management as needed Work Environment This role is onsite in a professional medical office setting.
