Location: Midlothian, 23112 Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: 4- 8week assignment Compensation: $20/hour About the Role A medical office in Midlothian is seeking a detailoriented Records Digitization Specialist to support an upcoming project focused on scanning, organizing, and digitizing employer records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, and contributing to improved office efficiency. Key Duties Scan paper employer records using office scanning equipment Digitize and upload files into the medical office’ s electronic record system Organize digital files according to established naming and storage protocols Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times Review scanned documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness Assist with basic administrative tasks related to record management as needed Work Environment This role is onsite in a professional medical office setting. You’ ll work closely with administrative staff and contribute to an important records modernization initiative. You must also be able to pass a background and drug test.
