Job description

Salary: $17-18

You're the first face people see and the first voice they hear. As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our main office keeping operations humming so that the rest of our team can focus on what matters most: empowering youth and families.


What you'll do

  • Serve as the warm, welcoming presence at our front desk; greeting visitors and answering calls with care
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly- from supply orders to light cleaning to managing our cleaning company
  • Support our Development Director by processing donations, sending donor thank-you letters, and helping with events throughout the year
  • Assist our Finance Team with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, invoice filing, and expense tracking
  • Scan, file, and sort documents and mail (and tackle whatever else keeps the office running)
