Location Omaha, NE Requisition Number: Staff_14945 Department Radiation Oncology 50000653 Business Unit College of Medicine Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Remote/Telecommuting Hybrid (part-time working on site, part-time working off-site) Position Summary
The Office Associate II will be responsible for performing and monitoring a variety of general and complex administrative practices, policies, and procedures. This role will support and perform HR duties and grant management as requested by the department administrator. Key responsibilities include preparing purchase requisitions, miscellaneous disbursement vouchers, and travel authorizations. The Office Associate II will also provide support for 20 Faculty members, update and maintain appropriate calendars, maintain supplies and materials for the department, and provide administrative support and coordination for the Medical Physics Program Resident program. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
