Position Summary: As our Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and field technicians. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on when they call, while also helping keep our service department organized and running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service
  • Scheduling maintenance, service, and sales appointments
  • Coordinating service agreement visits and managing appointment calendars
  • Communicating with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates
  • Supporting technicians by managing schedules and adjusting appointments as needed
  • Entering work orders and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Assisting with general administrative and office support tasks
  • Working closely with the entire team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What We're Looking For
