Job description

CASE Office Assistant

The mission of the Center for the Advancement of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education —CASE— is to leverage the physical and intellectual resources of Bridgewater State University to build and support a diverse community of educators and students that promotes STEM interest and literacy both regionally and internationally. CASE offers STEM programs for K-12 teachers, students and the community. Our programs take place on campus, in K-12 settings, and throughout the community. The CASE Office Assistant will assist the Center for Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) staff with general office jobs. Responsibilities for this role include: clerical work – answering phones, filing, photocopying, data entry, creating and maintaining center databases; event organization – assist with marketing of CASE programs; research projects – assist with data compilation and reporting; website – assist with website updates; other duties as assigned. Eligibility requirements: Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.

Preferred Qualifications - Reliability, a high level of attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
