Wanted: Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to serve at our Savannah Area Clinics

Are you a compassionate and dedicated office or chiropractic assistant that's passionate about helping others feel their best? Do you have a strong command of both Spanish and English? Are you able to travel to other nearby chiropractic clinics? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Arrowhead Clinic is searching for a highly motivated and reliable full-time Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant for our Savannah clinic locations, who will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties at our Savannah area chiropractic clinics. The Bilingual CA will be responsible for obtaining patient records and test results, coordinating daily administrative tasks, preparing treatment rooms for examinations, and assisting our practitioners during medical procedures.

This is a floating position and you must be able to travel to other nearby chiropractic clinics!

To succeed in this role, you must have some experience in a medical or clerical setting and be fluent in both the Spanish and English languages. Also, a basic understanding of patient care will significantly benefit you. Being a people person is also a must for this position!

  • Arrowhead Clinics in the greater Savannah area are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM. That means no night shifts, no weekends, and no on-call.
Responsibilities
  • Obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinating the daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
  • Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assisting practitioners with medical procedures and other patient care.
  • Delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Qualifications needed:
  • Have a high school diploma and above.
  • A basic understanding of patient care and clerical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to travel between chiropractic clinics is necessary

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both the Spanish and English languages and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
