Office Administrator โ€“ Construction Company
Hilton Head Island, SC
We are a growing construction company seeking a highly organized, dependable Office Administrative professional to handle day-to-day office operations in our Hilton Head Island office.
This is a full-time, in-office position with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This role is critical to keeping our business running smoothly. The right person must be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and our internal team.
Key responsibilities include:ย 
  • Managing daily office administrative tasks.
  • Answering phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Organizing documents, files, and job information.
  • Supporting field staff and management as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional presence with customers.ย 

The right candidate must be:ย 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong in customer service with excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment; professional, dependable, and able to work well with others; possess strong computer skills including email, scheduling, document management, and general office software; able to work independently, solve problems, and follow through without constant supervision; and have professional office administrative experience.ย 
  • Construction office experience is a plus but not required.ย
