JOB SUMMARY

This position will perform routine clerical/administrative support and provide customer service assistance to the public. Responsibilities include selling lottery tickets, preparing documents, operating office machines, and performing general administrative or office functions as needed (i.e., typing correspondence, memos and other reports).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

Preparing documents, operating office equipment and performing general administrative or office functions as needed (i.e. typing, filing preparing memos and other reports).

Other duties include processing mail; shipping and receiving point of sale materials and other related items; and performing inventory control work.

Requirements include: a high school diploma or equivalent; at least six months of clerical or office experience.

Skillful use of office equipment and computers; basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Must have good organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to maintain confidential information, and the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy materials and supplies on occasion.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent; at least six months of clerical or office experience.

Skillful use of office equipment and computers; basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Must have good organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to maintain confidential information, and the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy materials and supplies on occasion.
