Job description

  • Position Summary
    • Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Office Coordinator provides support services and secretarial duties. Duties shall include, but not limited to, answering the phone, routing the calls properly, taking clear messages, screening and greeting visitors. Assists with accounts payable functions and assists vendors as needed. Provides excellent customer service on the phone and in person, and any other duties as assigned.

    • Manages the main reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
    • Manages all incoming calls accordingly to include routing them properly and taking messages.
    • Screens and greets all visitors and provides excellent customer service to include vendors.
    • Manages all incoming mail and deliveries and distributes them accordingly.
    • Assists with additional administrative tasks to include accounts payable functions and assisting other department programs as needed.
