As the Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area - Verify patient insurance information and collect payments for services rendered - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Manage medical scheduling system to optimize appointment availability - Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
