Job Purpose and Reporting Structure:

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Office Support Assistant (Part-Time) provides administrative and clerical support to executive leadership and the corporate office to ensure efficient daily operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for office coordination, basic accounting support, and general administrative activities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are considered essential functions of the position and include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the President/CEO, CFO, and corporate office staff.
  • Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other business documents as requested.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and general office correspondence.
  • Support basic accounting functions, including processing invoice payments, recording cash receipts, and assisting with reconciliations in accordance with established procedures and under the direction of the Accounting department.
  • Coordinate general office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and vendor interactions.
  • Assist with front office responsibilities, including answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with setup, deployment, and basic troubleshooting of office technology and equipment.
  • Support planning and coordination of company events and employee initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior administrative, office support, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Additional business or college coursework is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This is a part-time position, working approximately 10–15 hours per week to start, with a schedule determined based on business needs.

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and perform routine office tasks for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. may be required for equipment or materials.
