Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will assist with communication, recordkeeping, data entry, scheduling coordination, and general office support while working closely with internal team members and outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with employees, vendors, and drivers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Assist with administrative tracking and documentation related to incoming and outgoing materials and shipments.
  • Review paperwork, shipping documents, and records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and maintain data within company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare reports, maintain files, and organize records for operational and office needs.
  • Assist with sample preparation, packaging, labeling, and shipment coordination as needed.
  • Support inventory and ordering processes while following established company procedures.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and mailing.
  • Provide additional administrative support and complete other duties as assigned.
