We take pride in helping homeowners protect their biggest investment—their homes—through exceptional roofing, siding, and exterior solutions. As our company expands, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential support to our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and sales representatives in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Organize and prepare sales packets and installation packets
  • Maintain a tidy, professional front office environment (light cleaning as needed)
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization
  • Support administrative functions such as handling mail, deliveries, and supplies
  • Provide general support to sales reps, managers, and office staff
