Job Summary

Perform advanced clerical and administrative responsibilities for office operations of the Real Estate department and performing other specialized clerical duties as required to support various department projects and initatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process all types of incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice, electronic, and U.S. external
  • Answer telephone calls (internal and external) and provide information/guidance, resolve inquiries, redirect calls if necessary or take message
  • Review and process invoices and payment requests
  • Sort and file all types of company documents and maintain appropriate filing system
  • Copy and scan documents
  • Order general office supplies
  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
  • Data entry into specific business unit application programs
  • Process returned checks
  • Run various reports as needed
  • Maintain sales and revenue spreadsheets and financial records
  • Back up Business Info Clerk and Records Analysis Clerk as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation
