In this role, you will provide vital support to our administrative leadership, helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. Your contributions will allow our team to stay focused on higher-level responsibilities while ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and takes pride in creating efficient processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential, as you’ll play an important role in supporting both our team and our customers.
Responsibilities:

  •  Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner 
  •  Perform general office duties, including drafting communications, filing, and maintaining office organization 
  •  Prepare operational reports and schedules to support accuracy and efficiency 
  •  Manage invoicing and assist with collections processes 
  •  Order, track, and distribute store supplies 
  •  Monitor and maintain the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-kept
