Job description

Spring Valley Air Conditioning is an HVAC company located in Elgin, SC, northeast of Columbia SC.  We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Dispatcher.   Hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm.  This position requires data entry/typing of 50wpm, the ability to work well with others, answer multi-line phone system and route calls, take and input work orders and schedule and dispatch to technicians.  Candidate needs strong written and verbal communication skills.  3 years office or dispatch experience preferred.  Starting pay rate is $10-$15 per hour, depending on experience.  Optional benefits include 401K, health insurance, vacation, and sick pay.  The applicant must be dependable and be willing to take a drug test and sled check. Valid drivers license required.
