We're looking for a compassionate, highly organized Nurse Admin Assistant (Clinical Administrative Coordinator) to support our nursing team and help deliver exceptional patient care.

Working alongside our physicians, nurses, embryologists, and laboratory professionals, you'll play a key role in coordinating patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Clinical Coordination & Patient Support

  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, procedures, and clinical follow-up.
  • Support patients by responding to inquiries and ensuring a seamless care experience.
  • Prepare patient charts, consent documentation, and clinical records.
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one coordination for fertility treatments, testing, and procedures.

Clinical Operations

  • Manage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate operating room bookings, physician schedules, and external surgical services.
  • Support compliance documentation and nursing workflows.
  • Maintain reports, databases, and EMR user access.

Team Collaboration

  • Support the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Coordinate nursing and clinical meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and clinic operations.

What You Bring to the Team

Education

  • Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma.

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with patients.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
