Job description

Ready to build what's next with one of the world's most iconic brands?

Why Join Subway?

At Subway, we are not standing still. We are building. This is a business focused on what matters most: growing franchisee profitability, strengthening our brand and creating long-term value. The people who thrive here are the ones who want to make a real impact. You will not just do the work. You will shape it.

We move fast. We think like owners. We make decisions that matter. We hold ourselves to a high standard because what we do directly impacts thousands of franchisees around the world. If you bring energy, accountability and a bias for action, you will fit right in. We take the work seriously, but we also know the best results come from teams that support each other, celebrate wins and show up ready to build something better every day. This is your chance to be part of what's next.

The Assistant Manager, Offers & CRMwill manage our promotional offers end to end: strategy, creation, testing, governance, and compliance. You'll decide which offer constructs we deploy against which business goal, keep our Digital Offer Library current and compliant, and manage the full offer lifecycle in partnership with our Menu POS, Martech, and agency teams

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate offer strategy for the CRM program: build the offer plan for each campaign window and recommend which offer constructs to deploy against which business goal (traffic, average check, visit frequency, trial, incrementality).
  • Manage the full offer lifecycle (creation, revisions, testing, and implementation) in partnership with Menu POS and Martech teams.
  • Maintain the Digital Offer Library and continuously test new offers to expand the library.
  • Support offer governance and compliance (naming conventions, discount and duration rules, approval workflows), ensuring every offer clears brand, legal, and technical review before launch.
  • Track and evaluate offer performance against business KPIs (incrementality, average check, purchase frequency, and redemptions) in partnership with the Analytics team, and maintain a current point of view on which offers are best for which outcome.
  • Turn performance insights into action: recommend offer changes, retire underperformers, and shape the test-and-learn agenda.
  • Recommend the right channels for each offer (email, push, SMS, in-app) and partner with the CRM team and agency partners on copy for lifecycle and performance-based messaging.
  • Support CRM strategy and planning in partnership with Martech, Analytics, and the annual Marketing Calendar, optimizing toward the top-performing channels and promotional plan.
  • Facilitate the CRM content calendar and platform administration (SharePoint), keeping tools and processes up to date.
  • Partner with digital and web teams to improve the guest experience through personalization, deep links, and landing pages.
  • Support cross-functional and ad hoc initiatives, managing stakeholder requests, SLAs, and timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Advertising, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years+ of experience, proven in in promotional/offer marketing, performance marketing, loyalty, or CRM.
  • Hands-on promotional and offer marketing experience is a must: national and local offers, sweepstakes, offer management, governance, and the marketing communication around them.
  • Performance marketing orientation, with a track record of owning KPIs and optimizing against measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable with data: able to read campaign and offer performance, draw the right conclusions, and tell the story clearly to senior audiences. Experience with Excel, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with experimentation design (incrementality measurement, holdout testing, A/B testing) a plus.
  • CRM experience (email, push notifications, journeys, SMS) preferred; hands-on experience with an enterprise Email Service Provider (e.g., Adobe, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple offers in flight at once.

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.

The Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the country the position is based. AA/EOE/D/V
