We are seeking individuals to join our tech stage crew.

This position offers a fun and rewarding opportunity to entertain and bring lasting memories to our guest, all while you get to have fun and showcase "You"! As a show cast member, you will play a key role in the production of Dolly Parton's Stampede, rather you are helping backstage, controlling lights and sound, dancing to a Dolly soundtrack, engaging in guest participation activities or riding a horse through competitions. We have a place for all levels of talent and a team to support on-the-job training!
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Comfortable with large crowds and/or being on stage.
  • Previous horseback riding experience is helpful but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with different barn animals off stage and during live shows.
  • Availability to work various hours, including nights/weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and run in sand for extended periods.
