Youโ€™ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Core Qualifications

  • ~Highly knowledgeable in offโ€road automotive systems, aftermarket parts, suspension components, and vehicle upgrades
  • ~Skilled in metalworking and welding, with the ability to assist on builds and repairs
  • ~Strong passion for quality workmanship and doing the job right
  • ~Ability to communicate clearly with customers and the internal team
  • ~Comfortable taking calls, answering questions, and guiding customers through the service process
  • ~Able to write accurate, detailed estimates
  • ~Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Service Advisor Duties

  • ~Answer incoming calls and assist customers with offโ€road parts, upgrades, and service questions
  • ~Schedule inspections and perform inspections when needed
  • ~Write and revise estimates based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
  • ~Follow up with customers throughout the process
  • ~Schedule vehicle pickโ€ups once jobs are completed
  • ~Communicate with customers and the team regarding timelines, delays, and job progress

Shop Support Duties

  • ~Assist with vehicle builds, repairs, and installations during slower office periods
  • ~Support fabrication and welding tasks as needed
  • ~Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Thurs, 7:30-5:30, Fridays, 8:00-12:00

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on skill level. After 90 days employed, paid holidays. After 1 year employed, 2 weeks paid vacation. 48hrs of Sick/Personal Time Paid per year. Weekly Pay.
