Highly experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Tech role at a higher pay rate.

What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair ATVs, side-by-sides, and dirt bikes
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Test machine to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and the unit is fully ride-ready for the customer
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and “wellness checks” on machines
  • Keep accurate records of work completed
  • Follow shop safety practices and maintain a clean work area
  • Jump in where needed and work as part of a solid, experienced crew
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience working on off-road vehicles or similar
  • Certification or formal training in vehicle repair is a plus
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (electrical knowledge is a bonus)
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
