Job description

Bronco Off-Roadeo is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to help deliver exceptional off-road experiences. If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in high-quality results, and want to be part of a dynamic, adventure-driven team, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring every vehicle is clean, safe, and fully prepared for guest use. You’ll work hands-on with a unique fleet, helping set the stage for an unforgettable experience from the moment each guest arrives.

Schedule:
Friday and Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation:
$18–$21 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles inside and out, including exterior surfaces, interiors, undercarriages, and engine bays
  • Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and tread depth to ensure vehicles are ready for operation
  • Conduct safety inspections and promptly report any issues or maintenance needs
  • Move vehicles between wash bays, staging areas, and fueling stations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate equipment and cleaning materials
  • Support overall site cleanliness, including lot and back-of-house areas
  • Represent company values in interactions with guests, team members, and vendors
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of vehicle detailing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
  • Working knowledge of car care products and paint correction tools
  • Experience cleaning and shampooing a variety of interior materials
  • Familiarity with basic automotive equipment (e.g., jack, air compressor)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
