Job description

A-1 Performance Truck Repair is seeking an experienced Alignment & Wheel Balance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing wheel alignments, balancing tires, diagnosing suspension issues, and repairing steering and suspension components on heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments on semi-trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Balance tires and diagnose vibration issues.
• Inspect and repair suspension and steering components.
• Replace shocks, tie rods, kingpins, bushings, and other related parts.
• Diagnose alignment-related tire wear and handling concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet shop production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with truck alignments and suspension repair preferred.
• Knowledge of steering and suspension systems.
• Ability to use alignment equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus.
