Job description

Lingo Staffing is Hiring: Tire Mounting Warehouse Associate – Akron, OH Start ASAP!

Responsible for mounting tires, moving materials throughout the facility, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule
  • $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime: Available as needed
Job Requirements & Duties
  • Mount and handle tires in a warehouse environment
  • Move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
  • Support daily production and warehouse operations
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or tire mounting experience preferred
  • Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred
  • Ability to operate hoists, shrink-wrap machines, and barcode scanners
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
