What You’ll Do:
- Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
- Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and proper installation techniques.
- Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations.
- Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize service calls and shop tasks to meet customer expectations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
