Job description

About AccuTune Off-Road & Ride Shocks

Founded in 2015, AccuTune Off-Road was built on a simple idea: provide the highest quality suspension products, backed by unmatched technical knowledge and customer service. We specialize in premium off-road suspension systems for Toyota, Jeep, Ford, Chevy, and Ram trucks and SUVs, combining industry-leading products with custom shock tuning to deliver exceptional ride quality and performance. Building on that foundation, we launched Ride Shocks—our own line of premium shock absorbers and suspension components designed from the ground up to raise the standard for the off-road industry. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our product lines and improving our manufacturing.

How You Can Help Us Grow

Ride Shocks is in an exciting stage of growth. We've successfully launched our own line of premium suspension products, and we're looking for an engineer who wants to help shape the future of the company and continue developing innovative new products.

As part of our engineering team, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through production. You'll help design new suspension products, improve existing designs, develop manufacturing processes, and validate your work through real-world testing. There is little bureaucracy and ideas can go from concept to reality quickly.

About You

You are a mechanically minded engineer who enjoys getting out from behind the computer and into the shop. You love designing products, building prototypes, testing ideas, and continuously improving your work. You are naturally curious, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

You have a passion for off-road vehicles and understand the unique challenges suspension systems face in demanding environments. Whether you've built your own truck, raced, fabricated parts, or simply enjoy exploring the outdoors, you're excited by the opportunity to design products that improve vehicle performance and customer experiences.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects effectively, communicate well with teammates, and take ownership of your responsibilities from start to finish.

What Does Success Look Like?

Success in this role means taking ownership of engineering projects from start to finish, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze mechanical strength and ensure the durability of components under real-world off-road conditions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own schedule, and consistently meeting deadlines on projects ranging from quick one-week tasks to complex, year-long developments. A genuine passion for off-roading and suspension systems is essential, fueling innovative and creative designs that perform in rugged environments. This engineer will thrive in a fast-paced setting, delivering high-quality, thoughtful solutions that enhance vehicle performance and customer experience.

Benefits & Career Advancement

Joining Ride Shocks is an opportunity to help build a growing company and shape the future of off-road suspension technology. As our company grows, you'll have the opportunity to expand your technical expertise, influence product strategy, lead increasingly complex engineering projects, and grow into leadership roles as the engineering team expands. We believe in investing in our employees by providing competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and an environment where great ideas are encouraged and rewarded.
