What You’ll Do
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep the entire business running smoothly by supporting customers, sales representatives, installers, and company leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Managing incoming leads and customer communication through our CRM
● Scheduling sales appointments and following up with prospective customers
● Preparing quotes, contracts, invoices, and customer documentation
● Coordinating projects from signed contract through installation and completion
● Communicating with customers, installers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and sales representatives
● Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines, documentation, and customer communication stay on schedule
● Maintaining organized project files and accurate CRM records
● Supporting the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
● Assisting with project photos, short videos, and social media content when needed
● Helping improve internal processes through technology, automation, and AI tools
