What is Tesla Operations?

Tesla Operations refers to the teams and processes responsible for the day-to-day functioning of Tesla’s business. This includes managing manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, facilities, energy operations, and service centers. Operations professionals ensure Tesla’s products are produced efficiently, quality standards are met, and customers receive their vehicles and services smoothly. They play a crucial role in streamlining processes, problem-solving, and supporting Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in Tesla Operations, and why are they important?

To excel in Tesla Operations, you need a solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization, usually supported by a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
