Picture this: You arrive at our Los Angeles hub, sync the Uber Driver app on your smartphone, and slide behind the wheel of a company Tesla. For the next 8.5 hours, you navigate LA’s neighborhoods with calm precision, offering courteous, safe transportation while keeping the vehicle tidy and charged. You wrap up your fifth consecutive day feeling good about smooth rides and happy riders—and tips on top of your hourly pay.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $18.50 hr + tips

What you’ll bring
  • Valid California Driver’s License (standard; no commercial license required)
  • A clean driving record that meets Tower EV standards
  • Smartphone know-how to run the Uber Driver app and navigation tools
  • Stamina to sit and drive for up to 8.5 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

No experience required—previous driving or customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time availability: 8.5-hour shifts, 5 consecutive days per week.
