Turn Vision into Results. Build the Company. Get Rewarded for It.What if your job wasn't to maintain someone else's systems, but to build them?
What if you could walk into a successful, growing company where the owner has a big vision, an exceptional team, and unlimited ideas...but needs someone who loves bringing structure, accountability, and execution to every part of the business?
If you're the type of leader who gets genuine satisfaction from taking chaos and turning it into clarity, this may be the role you've been looking for.
What's In It For You?You'll have real influence.
This isn't a middle-management position where you're simply following orders. You'll become the operational leader of the company and have a direct impact on how the business grows.
You'll build, not babysit.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating systems, improving processes, implementing ideas, and making sure great work actually gets finished.
You'll work alongside a visionary.
The owner loves innovation, strategy, and big ideas. Your role is to transform those ideas into organized projects, priorities, and measurable results.
You'll have the authority to make things happen.
You won't spend your days asking permission for every decision. You'll own priorities, drive execution, improve accountability, and help the entire company perform at a higher level.
You'll work with A Players.
We're intentionally building a high-performing leadership team where everyone owns results, communicates openly, and genuinely wants to improve the business.
Your compensation grows with your impact.
You'll receive a competitive base salary along with significant performance incentives tied to achieving clearly defined business goals. We expect to reward exceptional performance--not just time served.
What You'll OwnYou'll become the operational heartbeat of the company by:
- Turning leadership ideas into organized action plans
- Building systems that eliminate chaos and improve consistency
- Managing company priorities, quarterly goals (ROCs), and project execution
- Holding leaders accountable while helping them succeed
- Running productive leadership meetings and creating meaningful follow-up
- Developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive better decisions
- Improving budgeting, operational planning, and financial discipline
- Creating processes that improve profitability and scalability
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development
- Helping ensure pricing, client management, and internal processes stay aligned as the company grows
- Finding operational blind spots before they become business problems
- Creating documentation, SOPs, checklists, and repeatable systems that allow the business to scale
Most importantly, you'll create the structure that allows the visionary to focus on innovation while you ensure the business executes consistently.
You'll Love This Role If...- You naturally organize people, projects, and priorities.
- You enjoy building systems more than putting out fires.
- You believe accountability creates freedom.
- You aren't afraid to respectfully push back when priorities change.
- You love checking things off a list--and creating better lists.
- You see bottlenecks before everyone else.
- You enjoy making teams more productive without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You take pride in helping other people succeed.
We're Probably Not the Right Fit If...- You need detailed instructions before taking action.
- You prefer maintaining existing systems rather than creating new ones.
- You avoid difficult conversations or accountability.
- You want to simply complete your own work instead of coordinating the work of others.
- You wait to be told what needs attention.
What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year:
- Leadership meetings run with clear priorities and follow-through.
- Projects finish instead of lingering at 75% complete.
- Team members clearly understand expectations and accountability.
- Operational systems become proactive instead of reactive.
- The owner gains significant time back to focus on strategy, innovation, and growth.
- The company operates with greater consistency, profitability, and scalability.
